• Uploaded files for the sole purpose of generating a bundle.
• Account and billing data handled by Clerk and Stripe.

3. Storage & Deletion

• Uploaded files are processed in memory or temporary storage only.
• Documents and generated bundles are not retained after generation and delivery.
• Operational logs never contain document content.

4. Legal Basis

You are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis for processing any personal data you upload.

5. Security

We apply access controls, TLS, and least‑privilege principles. No document content is stored.

6. Document Processing

Documents are processed server-side to normalize formats and check searchability. All processing is performed locally on our servers without external service dependencies.

• Files are processed transiently and not retained after bundle generation.

• No document content is sent to external services.
• All processing occurs within our secure infrastructure.
